RULES

Starting November 15th players can get their BINGO card from the KDDD booth at Candy Cane Lane and start checking off squares by visiting participating businesses. The game runs for one month, ending December 15th.

1. How to Play:

  • Get Your Card: “KDDD Small Business BINGO” cards will be available for free at KDDD’s booth at Candy Cane Lane on November 15th. BINGO cards will also be available at KDDD studios & the participating businesses starting Monday November 17th.
  • The Mission: Your goal is to check off 5 squares in a row by visiting the businesses listed on your BINGO card. You must enclose a receipt, dated 11/15/25 – 12/15/25, from that business in your BINGO card envelope to officially check off that box.
  • Each receipt is good for one box on one BINGO card. One receipt dated 11/15/25 – 12/15/25 for each business square making up the BINGO line is required for the BINGO to be valid. Receipts must be original, legible, and enclosed in the BINGO card envelope.
In lieu of a purchase, players may request a “Been There” BINGO Receipt from the business to validate the square.

2. How to Win:

  • BINGO: To achieve a “BINGO,” you must get five in a row—horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
  • Once you have a BINGO, turn your card in at KDDD studios, 408 N Dumas Ave., or the Moore County Chamber of Commerce, 1901 S Dumas Ave., before 3 PM on December 15th.
All completed BINGOS will be entered into a drawing to win $953 CASH!

3. Prizes & Drawings:

  • On December 15, 2025 at 5 PM, KDDD will hold a live, on-air drawing for the grand prize winner. The winner will be chosen from all the completed BINGO cards. Tune in to 95.3 FM or stream through the LIVE365 app to find out who the big winner is!
  • Players under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian claim the prize and sign all necessary releases.
  • Employees of KDDD & their immediate family members are not eligible to win.

How to Play & Validate Squares

QuestionAnswer based on Rules
Do I have to make a purchase to mark a square? The spirit of the game is to support local business! KDDD Small Business BINGO is meant to encourage players to shop at the businesses that make up our community. The rules require you to enclose a dated receipt from the business to officially check off a square.
In lieu of a purchase, players may request a “Been There” BINGO Receipt from the business to validate the square.
Is there a minimum purchase amount? No minimum purchase amount is specified.
Can one receipt be used for multiple cards or squares? No. Each receipt is good for only ONE square on ONE BINGO card. A single receipt cannot validate multiple squares, even if you buy multiple items, and it cannot be shared across different players’ cards.
Can I play more than one card?Yes, but only one at a time. Once you turn in one completed BINGO card envelope at KDDD, you can pick up another card to start again. Each player may submit up to 3 completed cards, with each submission counting as one entry.
What kind of receipt is required?Receipts must be original, legible, dated 11/15/25 – 12/15/25, and enclosed in the BINGO card envelope. If a business only offers an electronic receipt, you must ask them for a “Been There” BINGO Receipt.

Winning & Submitting

QuestionAnswer based on Rules
What do I do when I have a BINGO?You must get five squares in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal). Turn in your completed card, along with all required receipts enclosed, at one of the two submission locations.
What is the deadline for turning in my card?Cards must be turned in before 3:00 PM on December 15th.
Where do I turn in my card? One of the two submission locations:
KDDD Studios – 408 N Dumas Ave., Dumas or
Moore County Chamber of Commerce – 1901 S Dumas Ave., Dumas
(Please check the business’s operating hours.)
If I get multiple BINGO lines on one card, do I get more entries? No. The rules state all completed BINGOs are entered into the drawing. It does not specify multiple lines equal multiple entries; assume one completed card equals one entry for the grand prize drawing.
When/where is the Grand Prize Drawing? The drawing will be held live on-air on December 15, 2025, at 5 PM on 95.3 FM or streaming via the LIVE365 app. Players under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian claim the prize and sign all necessary releases.
What happens if I turn in a completed card after the deadline?Any card submitted after 3:00 PM on December 15th will not be entered into the $953 CASH drawing.

Liquor Store Squares

QuestionGuidance based on TABC Law & BINGO Rules
Do I have to buy alcohol to complete the square? No. The BINGO game only requires a dated receipt from the business. Any purchase, including a non-alcoholic item (mixers, snacks, etc.), will count, and there is no minimum purchase amount.
In lieu of a purchase, players may request a “Been There” BINGO Receipt from the business to validate the square.
Can players under 21 participate in the BINGO game?Yes, but with strict legal compliance for TABC law and the liquor store’s internal policies. Players under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian claim the prize and sign all necessary releases.
How can a player under 21 complete the liquor store square?A person must be 21+ to purchase alcohol. To avoid violating TABC law: Have an accompanying adult (21+) parent, guardian, or spouse go into the store to make a  purchase and obtain the required receipt for you.
In lieu of a purchase, players may request a “Been There BINGO” receipt from the business to validate the square.
Can a minor turn in a card with a liquor store receipt?Yes. The minor is submitting the receipt of a purchase made by a legal adult. TABC law prohibits minors from purchasing or possessing alcohol, so players under 21 should never attempt to buy alcoholic beverages.
